Why me?
I don’t speak about leadership from theory alone. I’ve lived it.
I built a business from an idea into a multi-million-pound FMCG brand, navigated growth, uncertainty, setbacks and change, pitched on BBC Dragons’ Den and ultimately exited the business.
Since then, I’ve worked with leaders, teams and organisations across sectors, combining commercial experience with leadership development, professional coaching and behavioural insight.
That means I understand the reality behind the leadership conversation – the pressure to perform, make decisions, bring people with you, navigate change and keep moving when the answer isn’t obvious.
My style is energetic, honest, practical and relatable. I challenge audiences to think differently, but importantly, I give them something to do with that thinking.
Because a great keynote shouldn’t simply create a moment in the room. It should change what happens afterwards.
